The weather for the day was... Low temperature was 50, high temperature was 71.
Mostly cloudy all day. Some slight rain.

This year, the players shot 100 darts for a high score. The team event was a total of 400 darts. Winners for the year are

A little story about this years event from the event director
This year, we had three boards at the event. They were setup around the stage at the club. We had raffles and an auction table near a bar in the other corner. It was dark. We had two bands playing (hoping that would draw in people). It was loud and distracting. Our sponsor list the first year is almost exclusively three groups. The local sports teams in New Jersey, the businesses that our players own or work at, and our league bars and sponsors. The exceptions were a donation by Conrad Daniels; yes, that Conrad Daniels who lives locally and owned the local Re/Max Realty office with his wife, several signed books by our long time friend George Silberzhan, and a box of dart boards and darts from Bottlesen, who we connected with thanks to another long time friend, Jimmy Widmayer. We did a small ad-book using Microsoft Word. I think it was 2 pages folder over, so 8 sides, listing the sponsors and addresses. Very simple. It was beautiful spring day. It was the day before Mother's day. We didn't know how to communicate the event. We really knew nothing. But, we pulled it off, and raised $5800 for MAWNJ. We decided to move forward.Trophies are donated by J & V Trophy. They do our league trophies and he's happy to step up for this event.
